Warranty Start - Domestic and semi-professional lines
For new and used Smartwood products covered by the ‘Smartwood Certified’ guarantee, a statutory 12-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase (extended to 24 months for sales to private individuals). For used products, the warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
By registering the Smartwood product through this form, the warranty will be activated. Activation must take place within 60 days from the purchase date.
This form is valid for activating the warranty of machines belonging to the domestic and semi-professional lines, as well as all tools and accessories sold by Smartwood.
By signing this form, the customer declares to have reviewed the machine’s user manual and instructions and to agree with all its provisions, particularly those concerning safety and warranty regulations.
- The warranty certificate indicating the model and serial number of the machine
- The receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase with the purchase date reference
