Smartwood’s PLT-25 is the world’s smallest pellet mill, designed for those looking for an ultra-light, practical and surprisingly effective solution for producing pellets in very small quantities. Ideal for laboratory tests, educational use, demonstrations or for those who want to start making their own pellets from a solid base.
Electrically powered in single-phase, the PLT-25 has an installed power of 1.1 kW and can produce from 10 to 20 kg/h, depending on the type of material processed. The machine is equipped with a 119 mm die and two 70 mm rollers, ensuring a stable compaction process despite its small size.
The diameter of the die holes is 6 mm, which can be customised on request. Its extraordinarily small dimensions (39 x 31 x 58 cm) and a weight of only 30 kg make it easily transportable, placeable anywhere and perfect even for limited spaces.
