Warranty Start - Professional and industrial line
For new and used Smartwood products covered by the ‘Smartwood Certified’ label, a 12-month legal warranty is provided from the date of purchase. For used products, a 6-month warranty is provided from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
By registering Smartwood products through this form, the warranty will be activated. Activation must take place no later than 60 days from the date of purchase.
This form is valid for the warranty activation of machines belonging to the professional and industrial line
By signing this form, the customer declares that they have read the user and instruction manual of the machine and agree with all its contents, particularly those regarding safety and warranty conditions.

To register the product(s), you simply need to have the following available:
- The Declaration of Proper Installation and Commissioning of the machine/plant (including Annex A) issued by Smartwood or an authorized dealer; alternatively, if the installation was carried out by third parties, the Installation Certification Request form, duly completed and with all required attachments.
- The invoice showing the purchase date of the product/plant
